how ever i have a problem with 7vk61

several times i communicate with relay but suddenly the communication is lost,and i cant connect to relay via front port, but due to my relay mlfb the C port let me connect to relay

i try 2-3 different lptop and port but cant connect also i have 2  7vk relay, in 1 i can work and communicate but with an other i cant

could you please solve my problem
