is there any way to simulate  a connection between CPU master and CPU slave over profibus ??

look, if you want only simulate some I/O buffer exchange and you have on both CPU Ethernet port or suitable CP, you can prepare quickly PUT/GET and make very close data exchange simulation. As from your post you talk about CPU to CPU so not with some external signal modules, but also this can be same situation.

 i knew about s7 communication   over tcp/ip and i tried it before it works properly .

so i just asked for master slave by profibus  , or is there any way to connect two cpu's over profibus , for example instead using master slave technique , is there another technique   like s7 connection  ??
