In other case you can buy some boards (Ebay) that implement (of ourse due Bluetooth version!) some serial to Bluetooth messaging, then you can communicate via RS-232 to Bluetooth device via ASCII or you need bridge/join some PLC communication with your PC application programmed in higher language which will communicate with Bluetooth devices on network.
