We have a Programmable Controller S5-95U with SINEC L2 Interface 6ES5 095-8MB03  (which is obsolete) and we want to replace it with Programmable Controller S5-95U with SINEC L2 Interface 6ES5 095-8MB04 and we want to know if old Memory submodule (EPROM) 32 Kbytes 6ES5 375-1LA41 is released for use with the new type or not.
