The BF on ET 200S and the BF of CPU are flashing.

It gives me on the diagnostic of slave :

Error modul on slot 1 and No modul on slot 2 to 13

 Hello,

 4 stupids questions:

 have you downloaded the Hardware configuration right?

 Are you sure that you have set the correct address? (post to us a photo of the dip switch address)

 cable, ground, terminating resistor are ok?

 the power on the ET200S is properly connected?

 I've set 8 as the address of my slave

I not see if you have put the termination module (have a look below) on the right of the terminal module 6ES7 193-4DL10-0AA0

do you confirm that you put it?

This termination module is included with the IM151-1 16DI / DO  -  6ES7 151-1CA00-3BL0

no you miss it, it had to be with the 16DI/16DO digital module

and press well the digital module on the base
