I have faceing a problem Control Sinumerik 840D sl First of all we had a problem with the NCU.Due to which we change the NCU . and Install the all program in machine . and machine are ok all Axis working but machine ready after few minute Coming this Alarm. i have faceing a problem Control Sinumerik 840D sl First Coming Emergency then alarm list are showing 26101 Axis A1 drive 6 communication failure 26101 Axis X1 drive 3 communication failure 26101 Axis B1 drive 1 communication failure 26101 Axis z1 drive 4 communication failure 26101 Axis Y1 drive 5 communication failure 26101 Axis C1 drive 2 communication failure this alarm any time Coming. power Off and On remove the Alarm . but Alarm come back again. i have Already checked All Communication Cable ,24V , ALM Drive DC600, apsolutly Ok Attachment Alarm.jpeg (110 Downloads)

Please refer the attached sheet, will help you to identify the problem. Further more, please check the fans on 840D module. Is it running? HTH. Have you checked NCU fan status during fault? Is it rotating or not? The alarms are related to communications. Check carefully. Monitor 24V DC supply for any interuption or for supply dropage. HTH.

NCU fan rotating when power On fan Running but Stop the Fan after 10`15 Second . 3.Durring tthe Loading VRDY LED Flashing After the complete Loading NCU VRDY Light turn Green. No alarm. 4.All Axis are Moving Normaly. 6.Durring the Axis Moving Alarm , or Emergency botton Press Alarm Come some time Olny On Condition Not Using Alarms Come Durring the Alarm NCU fan Not Run. PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (878)	Hello 1122WAqar, From last one week the same problem is on your machine & the alarm message indicates it is communication problem i.e. machine drive communication has failed. Check the profibus connectors, wire from NCU to drives. In previous post description & snaps, contradictory information is provided which is not sufficient. If every thing is ok, you need to go on line & check the problem. So instead of this I suggest you to get help from Siemens support center. HTH
