Hi, You can't use multiplex tags in a faceplate. You can't use SetBit functions with multiplexed tags (I think). You can try to use a multiplex address. This can be used with functions andin a faceplate. You can find information in http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21808321. I hope this help, and sorry for my english. sbc |

I have done the Same... created a generic faceplate for all my Automated valves. created an intiger with Feedback and buttons (int.%X0 per feedback and pushbutton). this work per device but having 100 devices with same template.. so i went for multiplexing to use 1 popup for all my devices and my info pulls thrue and im able to change my in/out addresses.. but for some reason i can not do button presses using my int.$X2 method while pressed. was sure that using the multiplex was suppose to be able to handle small thing like this as you can do this with the direct int tag on the face plate... :( if anyone have a nice method of doing this, it would be amazing to share have added how i did my faceplate how can i do that with multiplexing?
