Is there any documentation on the SOAP interfaces exposed at /soap/RuntimeAccess?wsdl

I have an MP277 and it exposes:

RTWebServiceSoapPortClient
GetValueRequest
GetValueResponse
SetValueRequest
SetValueResponse

I want to access the SOAP interface on the MP277from Visual Studio/Windows 7

I've seen the SOAP excel examples but they're not directly transferable to Visual Studio

I think I find a way but always reply "Error - Runtime is offline" but from the excel it work fine.

I moved on to a totally different way of accessing the HMI using MWSL (a Siemens scripting language) and a datalogger using php under linux.
