Difference between 6ES7 131-6BH00-0BA0 and 6ES7 131-6BH01-0BA0

For the DI16 and DO16 program chooses hardware (6ES7 131-6BH01-0BA0) and (6ES7 132-6BH01-0BA0) But In price list and TIA Portal v14 SP1 (6ES7 131-6BH00-0BA0) and (6ES7 132-6BH00-0BA0) are available. What is the difference between them? I can't find (6ES7 131-6BH01-0BA0) and (6ES7 132-6BH01-0BA0) Thanks.

Aternation of generations of ET 200SP digital modules of function classes Basic and Standard Regards, Towome
