I am not sure at which stage of the code development you are. ixo65 showed what to do to move existing rungs - so that base is covered. (Please rate ixo65 generously for his video.)

Making a rung is really just placing down contacts and connecting it to the power line. Then also you can add pages too. I'll assume you know how to do that too.

If you want a bigger page to work with... adjust the page sizing in the printer settings.

To add a rung, or more clearly to add rows of space (or columns) You can just click the 1234 symbol (called page layout) on the diagram editor and choose how much more space do you need...

I had some difficult too but at the end I found it...
