Hi,

perhaps it´s a problem with your programm - test it: Please comment out all instructions called in OB1 and check behaviour again / test with an empty project only with Hardware.

It could be also helpful to post the diagnostic buffer ob PLC.

You need to make sure the PB address is identical to what you have configured, and that the terminations are set properly for your PB network.

Did you get a PB slave or PB master module for your PLC?  If it is a slave module, you got the wrong one.

I have problem with communication between s7 1200, cm1243-5 with unidrive sp and sm-profibus. Drive is correctly mapped, adress is the same in program, drive`s waiting for Master. In tia portal v13 I added gsd file and add modules 4 in word, 4 out word, connect in networks and plc don't see unidrive, error looks like that:

New i/o access error during process image update

I dont have a idea where is the problem, help please :) 

In the UNI configuration, how do you configure the telegram configuration for the data words set as 4 IN 4OUT?  Has that been done?

If you are using V14 SP1 or higher of Portal, update your PLC in the project to FW 4.2 and download the hardware configuration again.  Otherwise, it is ok to use a FW4.2 PLC configured as FW4.1 in the project (as long as you ignore that warning message).

Ok,

1: unidrive configuration:

In sm-profibus module I changed adress(P 17.03=12), mode(17.05=4), mapping is default(17.10=1040,17.11=201,17.20=642,17.21=121), 17.04=-1(speed-autodetect) and for the end module is reset 17.32(off and on) with new adreess.

2: it's only emty

3: I can say that sm-p detect something, because change speed to 1..5mb which I have in tia portal.

@edit can be problem with firmware? Because when I download hardware configuration there is a different(online firmware 4.2, offline 4.1)

As a test, try using the "online & diagnostics" option for your UNI drive in the project tree.

If it goes online, the UNI telegram configuration does not match what is configured in portal.

If it says it cannot find the UNI, profibus hardware or PB-Master configuration problems.

If this is an existing PB network you connecting to, use whatever software you used to commission the other PB devices and see if the UNI shows up in their PB discovery tools.
