I think I got what the problem is

Can't write cmd._exe  or cmd /_c without spaces

There is some kind of filter or what?

Hi xsmart,

now I have understand your issue and make some tests.

The reason why it doesn't work seems to be that certain terms should not be used. Especially if the writing could possibly trigger any code changes or open exe files. Like when you creating a SR, you also are not allowed to use terms.

My suggestion to work around the issue is to write it in another tool like Word and then publish it as a PDF attachment.
