current measuring 2-wire and PT100-measuring are two totally different measurements.

Your module 6ES7134-4GD00-0AB0 can only work with 2-wire-transducer. If you have a PT100-sensor you need to use a RTD-module, like 6ES7134-4JB51-0AB0

PT100 is a resistor-measurement. and therefore you need a module that can handle that kind of measurement.

2-wire with 4..20mA is current-measurement. this is something completely different to PT100.

do you have a kind of converter?

send us a datasheet of your sensor, to verify what kind of sensor it is, and what kind of module you need.
