Can i simulate one network connection from CP 343-1 Advanced to CPU S7-300 with S7-PLCSIM

or PLCSIM it's only for network connection with 2 CPU without CP ?

Simulating Communication among CPUs is not like the real CPU.As far as I know , only S7 connection is supported and you can try that with MPI or other types of sub-nets.The following link provides more information:
