I've four systems with S7-400FH PLC. I've two configurations:

1) Two CPU 412-5hk06-0ab0 v6.0.5

2) Two CPU 412-5hk06-0ab0 v6.0.6

In both configurations I've a random problems with F-DI card when the system was power off/power on. Some cards remains in Fault without the reintegrations request, the only way to reset is unplag and install the card or power off/power on. In the F_DI F-System block I've the QMODF/QMODF_R error set to 1.

In this conditions on the HW-Config no fault is showed, but only an internal error is rapresented.

In this status, when I download a new eprom program on both CPU, at the restart the HW Config Fault is showed.

It seems that the CPU didn't recognize the card. I've increased the time for card parametrization and card ready to 1000ms, but nothing, F-monitoring time is 2500ms.

Can it be a CPU  firmware problems?
