What's the DO operation meaning? anyone can give help?

 Hi Gary,

it's indirect addressing. The code "L DW 0" loads data stored at address defined by contents of DW53. Usually it's used inside a loop - it seems to be also your case, it looks like your STL code decrements DW53 till 1.

AN F71.0  //Is Flag 71.0 = FALSE ?

JC =M001  //If Flag 71.0 = FALSE THEN Jump to M001

A I 0.0  //Is Input 0.0 = TRUE ?

JC M001  //If Input 0.0 = FALSE THEN Jump to M001

DO DW53  //the following operation is executed with the parameter specified in the data word

L DW0  //load Dataword - address from DW 53

L KH0001  //load 1

><F  //compare this both numbers of not equal

JC =M001  // if this both numbers are not equal then jump to M001

 The DO command is only a value which is used in the next command.
