MP270B problem

ethernet man Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I did a os update on a MP270B screen and when I connected the screen to plc it would not communicate until I rebooted the screen and plc together. You can take power off screen and put back on and it won't communicate until PLC is rebooted but with MP277 I can take power off screen and put power back on and it will go back communicating without rebooting PLC. What is the difference! Note: The MP270B would communicate with PLC without rebooting before I did the OS update. Something has changed but what.

You need to again reconfigure & Enable the Transfer Settings for Chanel 1 / Chanel 2 . As you have mentioned that you are using Profibus , Profiaddress you need set the proper address since after updating OS it will become 1 by default & Profibus chanel will be disabled.
