Hi there,

Im trying to make a humidity controller. It will open and close a door with a PI controller (0-10 volts) for outside air depending on a set point.

However, I made the mistake of ordering a humidity sensor that outputs 0 - 5 Volts. The analog input of the LOGO! RCE 12/24 says it accepts Analog inputs of 0 – 10 volts. How can I scale a 0 - 5V sensor to mimic 0-10? Is there something I can do while programming? Ive tried to use the amplifier function block but ive had no luck with that so far.

Other option -  should I just use a 250ohm resister and convert to 4-20mA.

Where would i do that? in an analog amplifier block? or in the PI controller?

When i scale in the PI controller and set gain to 2, it automatically changes my min and max values to 0 to 2000. I want to scale to 0 to 100% Relative humidity.

Any chance you can show me in a program file? or screenshot.
