Is it possible to use the M25, M28 and M29 flags multiple times within a program?

Hello, Is it possible to use the M25, M28 and M29 flags multiple times within a program? For example if I wanted to have two or three screen with a red backlight but different message is there a way of doing this? It appears to me the flag can only be inserted once into a program?
