The time value of a timer is based on the timebase of the timer. recordable: Time value: 2 minutes and 30 seconds. In this case, the time base is seconds, resulting in a total value of 2 x 60 seconds plus 30 seconds = 150 seconds. Time value: 4 hours and 39 minutes. In this case, the time base is minutes, resulting in a total value of 4 x 60 minutes plus 39 minutes = 279 minutes. You need to know this basics if you want to compare the time value of a timer with a setpoint. The analog comparator is used for comparison.
