jklm Posts: 1742 Rating: (309)	Hello, I would say that either the MMC has a wrong content like the help suggests, or it is defective. Try to delete the MMC (with STEP7, do not format with standard windows tools!!), Or replace the MMC with a new one. And reload the PLC with a valid backup.

I would recommend to do followings steps. 1.Completely clear Reset of CPU Memory including MMC.(Go online & delete everything including system data). Make sure you do complete Clear reset some time it happens partialy. 2.After Complete clear reset try to put the CPU into RUN Mode, it should go into RUN since it doesnt have anydata in CPU ..If it doest goes into RUN Modethen you may send that CPU to Siemens 3.Download only Hardware into CPU .Try to put into Run Mode. 4.If it doest goes into RUN Modethen you may send that CPU to Siemens. You may also try with replacing the MMC i guess sombody already mentioned about this.
