I have 2 CPUs,   414-4HM14  , that work in redundancy mode , (Attached picture)

One of them noiw is faulty(The left one ) , and it is needed to be change by new one . Also is needed to be upgrade or downgrade the firmware .

I need to know the steps of upgrade/downgrade of firmware  , such as how to get the firmware ?how to install it ? and so on , all steps
