You can check your internet connection with a simple

ping google.com

You can also use

ifconfig

to check if your eth1 interface was assigned an IP address through dhcp

I am able to access the internet with my PC via a LAN cable.

When I plugged in the same LAN cable to port 2 of the IOT2040, it is not able to access the internet.

Hi All,

Thank you for your help! I have finally got the access to internet with IOT2040.

Now my eth1 is getting the IP address from the router.

Please see attached image below.

My problem is solved after I changed my LAN cable to a shorter one(3 meter).

With my old LAN cable, which is more than 10 meter, the IOT2040 seem difficult obtaining the IP address from the router.
