How do you calculate a time between two steps?

romeo291 Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	I am trying to display a production time on my HMI. This time is calculated between two steps in an SFC. I've been testing with all the time-related blocks but can't seem to get any to work correctly. I need to display the time in hours and minutes. The time blocks output everything in milliseconds and there's not a conversion block to convert time to Real numbers for me to do math with. I've been trying to use the time difference block, but that block starts before I ever call it. I've also been trying to use timer_p and CTU blocks, but can't get it to work out correctly. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this?

romeo291 Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Hey guys, thank you for the replies. I ended up just using the TIMER_P and CTU blocks to get a timer to display. I think this should work, I have to run some tests first though.
