I would like to make a calculation of a temperature error of a diaphragm seal. I have the Diaphragm seal in flange design (direct mounting).

I have the following application:

SITRANS P pressure transmitter 7MF4033 + 7MF4910 - direct mounting.

Calibration Range 0 - 200 mbarg with DN50,Diaphragm seal in flange design diaphragm made of stainless steel, mat. no. 1.4404/316L

The following equation is used to calculate the temperature error:

What do I have to fill in with the following parameters:

f_RS?

ϑ_{Cap? --> I dont have have capillaries - direct mounitng...}

_{lCap? --> I dont have Capillary -direct mounting..}

_{f Cap? Temperature error of capillaries  - I dont have capillaries? direct mounting. Which temperature then?}

_{fPF - Temperature error of the oil filling in the process flanges of the pressure transmitter. What i have to fill in if i have oil M5? and what i have to fill in if i have high temperature oil?}

I'm fascinated and curious.   Where did you find the formula for calculating the error?

I've asked 4 different seal vendors over 30 years for a formula like that but none were able to provide an answer.

What do the terms mean?  What is fsub RS?   What do all the other terms mean?
