It is a "communication" issue, check your communication settings

Hello

look in your WinCC Prof. Connections ther is a Accesspoint defined

->Change it from for example S7ONLINE to PLC Sim of you want to connect to a Simulated PLC or if you have a real PLC then use Networkcard .tcpip.1 and then you should be able to get a connection.

But be sure to cahnge it back to S7ONLINE for the real Runtime System.

(Of course you also can use always S7ONLINE and use PGPC Interface Settings)
