Siemens has a dedicated division in charge of training, named Sitrain.

It offers a variety of courses, web-based and in class, certified and introductory classes.

Notice the WBT icon next to certain classes: these are web-based trainings, that you can purchase and follow on your computer. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each training, and a termination certificate if you complete all courses in a module.
