thank you all for your advices I'm really great full to you. it wasn't able to run in ISO mode because Process image:= PIP 2 was for Synchronous Cycle (OB61) and I had mentioned part:=1 in SYNC_PO/PI. and that was the main reason that I had found.   and after correcting this now it's running perfectly fine.

Yes, I'm sure you can not select isochrone when you use the FM PosInput in a local rack. But you can select it in a decentral rack.

No. I'm not sure the isochrone mode will be avaible in the net TIA Portal version, but I will be surprised if not.
