Split from USS_RPM with parameter >2047.

Hi,

Try to write value 110 in PARAM, and 32768 in INDEX. It should be work correctly. It is for read r2110[0]. When you want to read for example r2110[2], you have to write in INDEX 32770.

To read parameters greater than 2047 you have to write parameter number minus offset (2000), and index 32768 to change range of parameters which are possible to read. (in this case you can read parameters betwen 2000 and 3999).
