I'm trying to update my catalog with a GSD from Helmholz for the DP/CAN coupler. I've tried two different GSD's and both error out.

The error i'm getting is:

GSD update (13:4343)

An update is presently not possible. In one or more Step 7 applications at least one GSD file or type file is being referenced.

Any idea whats going on here?

Presently I'm searching for the GSD file of the product with MLFB:

Its not a Siemens Product.

If its a Helmholz Device you should ask Helmholz Support.

I know it's a Helmholz product. But as the product was installed on Siemens UR2 backplane & as it's HW configuration has been done in Simatic Manager that's why I've posted in forum for it's FW file!

If available with you then kindly provide the FW file!
