Hi...

I want to control a process temp.the temp must rise gradualy; for example 0.C to 100.C in 60 minutes.

I need to prevent rapid temp raise.

I am using K type thermocouple and 0-10V signal converter,no pt100 is used.

Which temperature range has the transmitter?
0V =? ° C
10V =? ° C

 0V = 0 °C

10V = 600 °C

Process is as followed:

 Target is carcoal production furnace temperature control .

Chamber volume is about 1.5 cubic meter.

Heater is a LNG gas burner torch that turning on/off is

controled by logo.

The wood must be loaded to the chamber and heated

from 0°C to 400°C  in 22 hours.

Cooking process is about 22 hours and step by step ;

1)First step is 0°C to 100°C in an hour , every 10 min temperature

must raise about 17°C .

2)Second step is 100°C to 400°C in 20 hours ,temperature raise is 5°C every 20 minutes.

3)Third step is maintaining temp at 400°C for an hour.
