I have a problem on a machine set up and I am struggling to find a solution. Put simply 1 machine cycle takes 156 seconds with anything from a few seconds up to 5 or 6 mins between cycles. I need to time in a 10 hour day how long the machine has actually been in production. If I use the hours counter any seconds get discarded from one cycle to the next. I am using a LOGO! 8 FS4 and any pointers for accurate time measurement would be gratefully received.
