I want to create COMTRADE files from IEC103 disturbance values for 7SJ62 protection relay, but I don't know how a and b factors in CFG file and value for analog channel in DAT file are calculated from raw values that are transferred from relay through IEC103 protocol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know how to get comtrade files through DIGSI, but I want to create them by a third-party software through IEC103 protocol via SIPROTEC rear port for 103.

Yes, we want to retrieve the disturbance records of the SIPROTEC device and actually we obtain all  raw data from SIPROTEC without problem. We retrieve them via disturbance data transmission procedure of IEC 103 protocol.

When we export these data to COMTRADE format, exported files are not exactly the same as files extracted by DIGSI. Particularly, "a" and "b" coefficients in CFG file differ with those of DIGSI files.

I want to know how these coefficients are calculated from IEC103 disturbance data values.
