 I agree, but from another angle. Some Europeans use the    very often. The words of the person using the face does not go with the face. This is as if insulting and mocking - as if the face was saying "you should have known better" or "you should be ashamed".

But not at anytime was the user that used this face had bad feelings.

Ignorance of each other's cultural backgrounds is the enemy here.

I am amazed at how fast some users know the 1 star rating and use it to express their disrespect to other users.
The same users are not so fast on good ratings ....

In my opinion, this nonsensical, emotion-related rating can be abolished as well as so because she has no meaningfulness.
