please look at in the diagnostic buffer in the ET200Smodule, because, is you have a I/O card error the all station gose down from PBDP....

I have once that problem... one analog input card was deffected, and the PLC can't see the all station...

Here is a suggestion (for Step 7 v5.x):

Open the HWConfig of you project, and go online while you are connected to your main CPU.

Your project configuration will appear, and defective nodes will be shown with fault icons (a red cross) over them.

Double-clicking on each fault icon will open the individual  diagnostic buffer of each module. This should give you some hints as to the causes of your.network problems.
