I am working on a project that will test the impact resistance of plastic packaging. The test stand will have to measure the maximum impact force.

I am searching for a system to receive and log the parameters that the loadcell (the impact sensor I use) sends. This system needs to be Fast enough. Because a faster read means a more precise measurement.

Ex. The peak of the impact force can be just 0.5ms long. And if the controller/log system only reads every 2ms, then it will be an inaccurate read.

Do you recommend a specific log system for my application?
