I have weight terminals that giving me 0-10V, and connected to RD200.

RD200 is connected to S7-1200 with ModbusRTU.

Sometimes operators should make zero weight calibration pressing "Zero" button on PC. After that PLC making some math, then PLC writing new "Max"&"Min" setpoints to 40209 and 40211 registers in RD200. But new setpoints did not start to work if I do not enter the setup menu, by pressing round arrow on RD200.

In setup menu I do not changing anything, just enter, goes to High/Low setpoints, then exit from setup. After that new setpoints start to work.

So, is it possible do not enter in to setup of RD200 that RD200 starts to work with new setpoints?

The screen shot in the link below states the remote scaling warning (write the display 1,2 values before writing the (voltage) INP 1.2 range values:

I don't know whether this will solve your problem or not, but they make a point of stating the requirement for writing one set of values prior to writing the 2nd set of values.
