Problems I'm facing are as follows: 1. In No load condition the container is showing values in between : -2438 upto +10065 2. Where to select Deadband & why Deadband is necessary for fixed weight! 3. How to do Zero Calibration in DS3! 4. What value have to be set in Adj. digits 0,1 & 2 option! 5. What is the parameter of "Theoret. Adjustment"? Waiting for response as I'm presently very much stuck up in this problem! Regards OmKris

Therefore calibrate the Siwarex U module at first, please. Please take a look to the attached pdf-file to the chapter 4. Now the available weight for calibration was 5250 kgs. But the maximum scaling capacity required is 30000 kgs. Hence where I'll have to setup that parameter scale kindly guide me. Cheers OmKris

So, up to now you can see the correct weight of the scale, right? Therefore I don’t understand what you mean with: „Hence where I'll have to setup that parameter scale ...“ Best regards Siwarexi
