For a better understanding in the attachment a screenshot.
The parameter V1 of block B001 contains the decimal value 4660. I refer the parameter V1 to the VW101 in the VM memory. Now, if you look at the words VW100,101 and 102 in the bit pattern, you may understand how the displayed values look like.

VB101 is framed in red, VB102 is framed in green.

I have experience with PLCs and  binary data structure  is understood.

As i only program /"play" with LOGO and or PLCs a few times per year  the  basic things sometimes are forgotten. 

This will happen  again for sure that why i  come to this forum because with such great support of people like you and others  makes  possible for me  to get involved and solve  whatever projects comes to me.

 Yes this topic is solved. LOGO does not have any bug.

I have LOGO  configured to communicate  with node-red by S7 protocol and by modbus/TCP and works great so far. I get the same value  in both protocols.
