How to preserve the route rule after reboot

For setting up route table rule, I used the following command: $ route add -host 136.230.171.110 gw 136.230.38.129 But after the reboot, these configurations are lost. Does somebody has a solution for preserver this route rules after the reboot? Thank you in advanced!

This is described somewhere on this website. To test you don't have to reboot you can just call /etc/init.d/networking restart Best regards!
