S7MODM3 CFC Modbus library

According SIEMENS communication block S7HMODM3 In the Step7-library archive named S7HMODM3_xy.zip the set of communication function blocks is delivered. The library is read out by means of the SIMATIC MANAGER. The relevant catalogue is SIEMENS\STEP7\S7libs But I can not find it.!! The PCS7 V9.0 SP1 was installed in the engineering station. How to add the libarary file? Thanks in advance!

By the way, in pcs 7 v8 onward, Siemens recommended us to change all modbus connection to Modbus TCP. They will no longer support us on Modbus RTU. By changing to Modbus TCP, you will need to purchase a gateway, to convert RTU signal to TCP. Officially, Siemens has a series of guide regarding the uses of Modbus TCP in PN or CP.
