Booting of MP277

kewl Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	Hi Friends I have a problem in Booting up MP277 10" Touch HMI ,though i have tried it many times i dont understand why it doesnt boot? The history is that there was an update done in OS from 2005 to 2007 then back to 2005 and then again back to 2007 (Wincc Flex OS Updates). Afterwhich it is not booting up, Kindly suggest a way out forthe same

kewl Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	Hey!!! With what you said i was wondering if the same is possible through a USB cable too? this MP277 has a USB Port, i really couldnt get a USB cable with the required connectors to check the same...but then is Booting Possible through USB too?

kewl Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	Thank You, Just to add to what you have written the reason for that is, if u can recollect a working HMI MP277 and the settings, by default it is set to RS232/MPI...had it been USB there, then there was a posibility of Booting it through USB... Am I Right?

Have a look in WinCC flexible. When you select another transfer channel. The option 'Reset to factory settings' is not available when you want to perform an OS update. Best regards, Wizard
