There was a problem with licensing in the program Desigo CC. The system has a point, remote equipment.

Can you please tell me how can I remove all devices and their variables from the project?

For your first question - devices and their associated points can be removed from Management View > Project > Field Networks. Is your issue that you have a Fire system, yet you have 1 point used from the Building Automation category? Have you tried removing all field devices, then check the point-count again?

For the second question - go into Engineering mode, and then go to Management View > Project > System Settings > Libraries.

You will see that the library Import and Export options are here.

Customised libraries will be created in the 'L4-Project' level, i.e. when you customise a graphic symbol, it will go into a library with a name that begins L4-Project. You can then export the library (as a *.gms file) and import into another CC project of the same revision.

Yes, the problem is that the controller has been deleted, but 1 point is displayed in the license. 

I will check, but it seems that the server stops working when we delete, and after rebooting the server there are no devices, but there are variables. 

And most importantly, the controller is not in the lists of equipment.

With graphics, the question was solved by replacing the graphic pages of the projects.

When deleting devices, you need to be patient as this process can take some time. The server may well be working just fine, and is in the process of deleting the device, but it appears that it is frozen / locked-up.

I haven't seen this issue before, but if you have interrupted the deletion process by rebooting the server, this may be why there is a BA DP stuck. Of course, it shouldn't happen at all.

Also, for the graphics query - you can take a CCG file from an existing project directory, and use it in another project. Put the graphics builder into engineering mode, and drag and drop the CCG file onto the graphics builder tool bar / button bar. This will import the graphic, including symbols and bindings.
