do you know which version of TIA Selection Tool you use and have you been maybe able to open a support request while it is crashing?
Maybe you can open a support request here and attach the logfile. You can find the logfile in your TIA Selection Tool folder in the folder named "Logging".

Dear Hutagaol,

it looks like a problem that occurs rarely on some systems. Close your TIA Selection Tool and rename the folder  "Plugins" that you can find in the folder SelectionTool. Just add an "x" or so.

If the system now works, close the program again and undo the renaming Now navigate to folder "SelectionTool\Plugins\SizerPlugin\vc_redist.x86" and execute the vc_redist.x86.exe. After it is through with its installation try to start the TIA Selection Tool again. Now it should work.

Unfortunately this is neccessary on some Win7 systems.

If you cannot execute vc_redist.x86.exe because of your company rules or because you have no admin-rights on your computer you can try the workaround with renaming the folder again. In that case the integrated drive dimensioning will not be available but all other things will work.

Please inform us if it worked.
