I am new to the site. I currently have Siemens Logo V8 DEMO.

I am using it purely for simulation as part of coursework.

I have hit a brick wall with the final part of my simulation and really could do with some advice. I am trying to count down with Pulse generator and a Counter. When the counter reaches zero I need it to turn off my M4 Flag contacts. Simulating my motor turning off.

I am able to trigger the count down fine. My issue is that when it reaches zero it doesn't turn on my make contact. I have also tried normally closed contact and various settings in the counter. Either the counter doesn't trigger the make contact, or the normally closed causes the line to be live immediately in error.

Any help appreciated I am using Ladder Diagram to build my simulation.
