Yes it supports archiving. Take a look at this FAQ and you can see how to configure data logs and archives using WinCC flexible. But take care of this note. *) Note for CE devices (xP 270, xP 277, MP 370, Mobile Panel 277): The operator panels are primarily not designed for logging data cyclically, they are more intended for logging acyclic error states (e.g. fault alarms and process signals). Operator panels are not designed for extensive logging tasks with large volumes of data or with high performance requirements. There is another trickas you need to write a script to view the CSV file in HMI. It's easy (without scripts)to export data and it is easy to display the archived data in a trend view or to display archived messages but if you need to display data log (Not alarm messages) in a form of table you have to write a script. This FAQ tells you how to display archived data from a CSV file in a runtime table. However, I think WinCC flexible 2008 may save some of your effort because I can see in the New Functionality that it supports Import/Export of CSV files (I think this means tables because this is what might be considered as a new thing). |
