It will be great if anyone can help me making this logic.

I want to make a logic for following application

Start & Stop push buttons 

when Start pressed --  

first 8 hours starts outputs 1/2/3/4

after 8 hours starts outputs 2/3/4/5

after 8 hours starts output 3/4/5/1

This above sequence continuous operate , if when power off and when power again restore system operates from when it was stopped .

Whole process will stop by operating stop push button
