Hi, thanks for the solution. I've tested it, it works, but sorry, I'm a bit newbie to LOGO. May I ask you to explain a bit, why the pulse relay is needed? If I simulate it, its output remains always 1. Is it normal?

If you need an impulse to switch, you need to save the impulse.
If you set the V-bit to 1-signal for the first time, a cycle pulse is formed in the LOGO! Program, which in turn activates the pulse relay. If the V bit is set to 1 for the second time, another cycle pulse is formed, which in turn switches off the pulse relay. The output Q1 is thereby toggled.

If this does not happen to you, then you have not programmed it as I did in the screenshot above.
Then you have to show me your program so that I can see where the difference is.
