Hello,

A new image is available v2_4_0, but this image is larger than 2Gb (unpacked). The normal procedure I followed before v2_4_0:

1. Write the image to an 2Gb sd-card.
2. Boot
3. Install project files etc.
4. Install the command 'expand disk after boot'
5. Copy the SD-card to a file (2Gb)

For the client: I use a new sd-card, size 32 Gb:
1. Copy the 2Gb image to the 32 Gb.
2. After booting up the image the disk will expand to 32Gb.
3. So far so good.

To do the same trick for version v2_4_0 described above I have to buy new SD-cards (4 Gb)

I would like to skip the 4Gb card and install the image on a 32 Gb sd-card and prepare. The next step is 'copy a smaller image of the sd-card to file'. This image should be the minimal size in the case of v2_4_0 approx. 2.5 Gb and not the 32 Gb size.

Q: Anybody has experience in doing this. If yes! How?
