FM355C problem with measurement!!! (termocouple)

andrewF Posts: 87 Rating: (1)	I read others posts and not find answer to this question! I connect all wires like write in manual: all (- TC) to MANA and to M of CPU (M also connected to ground). I connect TC S to channel #1, channels 2, 3, 4 jumpered. TC near of controller and PT100 (connected for compensating). Linearisation - ON (standart TC S). And I have this: - temperature of cold junction =19C - T1 = 6 C (its not TRUE) - T2 = 5.2 C (its not TRUE) - T3 = -2.1 C (its not TRUE) - T4 = -5.4 C (its not TRUE) When I put ЕС to boiling water I have only 85C (its not TRUE). I read diagnostic data, through READ_355 function and I get this : see attachment. Voltage on jumpered input is negative...its absurd.... But normalisation I think worked..... In configuration menu I set "Reference input", but not "Parameters".....though I try it metods and I not see difference!! In previous post I write: "I think linearisation work", and I think adding temperature of cold junction also work.... I think problem in input circuits, like I write I see negative voltage in jumpered input.... and I not understanding this.... Attachment s.jpg (271 Downloads)

Gebhardt Karl Posts: 1502 Rating: (176)	With temperature are actual on it. 20°C ? If yes, please make the TC more than 250°C. What can you now read in Value. Is it possible, the wire are switch ? Please change the 2 TC-Cables ( 1 TC you have 2 Wire, ). What variavle you can now read.

I cant heat TC to 250C (i not have special device). but I control temperature by module 7kf02 and termocouple of type K and I have bolinig water = 97-98C....Also I can control this temperature by same TC and same wire(wire its special compemsating cable for TC S) by Universal controller and I have cold TC=near20C and heated TC=97C....... Please, lookto my previous post, what You think about negatve voltage on shorted (jumpered) input? Attachment inps.jpg (286 Downloads)
